In this docu-series I directed and produced, I embed myself in the lives of Chicago’s gunshot survivors as they recover and heal. In the first episode, I trace the story of Marlon English, who was shot in 2015. I follow his evolution since then and how - for Marlon - to heal oneself is to heal his community.

I served as a lead writer and supervising producer. This film led to a new law and policy changes. It also earned a Peabody award.
